I keep forgetting to take pictures when I’m out, so here’s my half-eaten “plate of the day”. The lighting’s not so good, so it might just look like a hot mess to you.
There were thinly sliced zucchini, lots of tofu ricotta and tomato sauce layered between noodles. I got a HUGE piece, which was nice and comforting given it’s kinda chilly in Montreal right now. The Plateau’s got that nasty winter wind that races down the side of the mountain too.
Am I the only one who never has room for dessert after a meal? I’d love to have a piece or cake or pie at Aux Vivres some time… maybe they should micro-bite desserts (besides their truffles).
