I'm so glad you gave the recipe a try. I think you did really well! I didn't have anything large enough to soak the leaves either. I kinda had to fold them in half. When I made them at my parent's house, they had a roasting pan that was plenty big. I've made the recipe a few times now and it gets easier each time. :-) They look great!
