Last week’s CSA basket contained asparagus, green onions and various green-leafed goodies. I wanted to make something special with the asparagus and decided on risotto. I don’t usually make this kind of dish but I was inspired by Babette’s post.
Whew! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a new recipe! Having no bread in the house, and it being a lazy Saturday morning, I whipped up some pancakes. Lemons and cranberries — how can you go wrong with that?
